BLDEA’s College of Nursing, Tikota is committed to providing a safe, supportive, inclusive, and student-friendly learning environment. The Students’ Grievance Redressal Cell has been established to provide an effective mechanism for students to express their concerns and seek timely resolution of grievances.
The Cell ensures that all grievances are addressed in a fair, transparent, impartial, and confidential manner. Students may submit grievances related to academic matters, examination, teaching-learning activities, infrastructure, student welfare, facilities, harassment, discrimination, or any other issues affecting their academic and campus life.

Grievance Redressal Process
Submission of Complaint
Students can submit their grievances in writing to the committee or through a dedicated online grievance portal. Complaints can also be placed in the Grievance Box located on the campus.
Anonymous complaints related to harassment or discrimination are also considered.Review & Investigation
The committee reviews the complaint and conducts an inquiry, gathering necessary evidence and perspectives.
If required, the committee may call the student for a confidential discussion.Resolution & Follow-Up
Based on findings, appropriate corrective measures are taken.
The student is informed about the resolution, and follow-up actions are ensured for sustained improvement.Appeal Process
If the student is unsatisfied with the resolution, they can appeal to the Principal for further review.
