Community Health Nursing
The Department of Community Health Nursing is dedicated to preparing nursing students to promote, protect, and improve the health of individuals, families, groups, and communities. The department emphasizes preventive, promotive, curative, rehabilitative, and palliative aspects of healthcare through community-based education and practice. Students gain knowledge and skills in primary healthcare, epidemiology, national health programmes, environmental health, maternal and child health, school health, occupational health, geriatric care, and disaster management. The department fosters community participation, health education, and evidence-based practice to address public health challenges and improve the quality of life.

Facilities
Community Health Nursing Laboratory is fully equipped with all Community related services equipments, Family Folders, Various Audio Visual Aids, Rapid Sand filter. Department is equipped with library of adequate number of books and computer with Wi-Fi facility as learning resources.
