The BLDE Association founded the BLDE College of Nursing in Tikota in 2019, with a capacity of 40 students. The college is connected with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bengaluru and is accredited by the Government of Karnataka and the Karnataka State Nursing Council in Bangalore, Karnataka. The institution attempts to balance its courses in order to provide students with a well-rounded education that incorporates theory, practice, and orientation to current medical treatments.

Shri B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital, and Research Centre of the BLDE Association is a benefit to the college that all nursing students can use as a training facility. The hospital is outfitted with cutting-edge features to provide students a contemporary perspective on the medical profession.
